We are changing the world by empowering women over 40 through connection!
Over 40, Fearless, and Free is an international network of women over 40 who are reinventing their lives and becoming happier. We meet both online and in person to connect and support each other in creating our best lives. Our local groups are run by women over 40 who share the values of connection, fearlessness, and freedom (Organizers). Organizers benefit the world by bringing women together and helping them to become happier, healthier, and leaders within their own sphere of influence, whether that is in their own family, business, or community.
Membership in each local group is free and allows each member to participate in all local events, (some are free and others require an entrance fee), as well as 20% off national group activities, such as retreats or conferences. Offering discounts to local group activities is up to the discretion of the organizers.
Our organizers come from all over the world, but all share the following personality characteristics: independence, teamwork, commitment, and vision. Organizers are often local business women or entrepreneurs, who benefit from the ability to make genuine and authentic relationships with other local women in order to grow their business. Some of our organizers have little business background, but believe in our mission and like making new friends.
Organizer Revenue
100% of any revenue from events currently goes to the organizers.
Organizer Commitment
Organizers must provide a minimum of one event per month. This can be as simple as a coffee get together or a dinner at a local restaurant. (Separate checks!)
Organizer Group Fees
Organizers currently pay $50 per month to run local groups, which offsets the cost of the Meetup platform and group administration.
Getting Started
After purchasing your organizer subscription, you will receive an email with directions for setting up your meetup group. Organizers are supported 100% in beginning and maintaining their local groups.
