Join us for a relaxing, rejuvenating yoga class, under the pine trees! (This is a gentle yoga class and no experience is necessary.) Together, we’ll stretch out and enjoy being surrounded by nature. Next, we’ll go for a one-mile nature walk on the nature trails. Finally, we’ll gather for a brown bag lunch at the picnic tables. Please bring: a yoga mat (or private message to reserve one), water bottle, lunch, and an optional sheet for under your yoga mat.
