Post-Holiday Workshop: Join us for a cozy afternoon of rejuvenation, reflection, and connection.



Post-Holiday Workshop: We will start our practice with gentle yoga, followed by tea, and a conversation about the scientific and energetic benefits of gratitude. Writing materials will be provided, but feel free to bring a favorite journal or special mug. Participants will leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and connected to new friends. No experience necessary. All levels welcome.
