Crystal Bowl Concert
Let your mind, body and soul be uplifted by the celestial and healing sounds of crystal bowls. Kristen Catrabone and Lizz Cahoon are experienced sound healing musicians who will be sharing the power of these healing harmonies.
Alignment with the tones of the Crystal Bowls is one of the most dynamic forms of sound healing found today.
Studies have shown that sound has a direct impact on the mental processes, muscles, nervous system, heartbeat, pulse, digestive system and circulatory system.
The notes of the crystal singing bowls correspond with each of the major chakras. Chakras can be described as energy centres of the body. Each energy centre has unique aspects and corresponds with specific tones of the musical scale. Keeping these centres in balance results in health and harmony.
We will use the tones to integrate the visions we create in the morning workshop more deeply into our consciousness and create powerful intentions for the future.

Hi, I’m Geva Salerno. I help women over 40 to reinvent their lives, by inspiring them through my writing and connecting them to a community of support for their journey.
I am a writer, teacher, and life-long learner with degrees in biochemistry and international policy. I also an activity therapist in a hospital and certified yoga instructor with advanced training in yoga for trauma recovery.
I believe in the power of community and connection and that when women gather, magic happens. My goal for this retreat is to provide a space for transformation, connection, and rejuvenation for our current and new members.
I created Over 40, Fearless, and Free so that women over 40 would have a place to connect and support each other in reimagining the second half of their lives. The group is an international network of women over 40, who are reinventing their lives and becoming happier, healthier, and more successful in love.
Our mission is to inspire women over 40 to recognize their own value, power, and potential, in order to create a life they love.

Our retreat was an amazing weekend of laughter and building of friendships and making memories that would last a lifetime. It was a beautiful experience that I can’t wait to do again!
During the retreat, we gathered, became friends, challenged ourselves and discovered what we were missing in our lives. I was taught coping skills, goal setting and relaxation techniques.
I love, love, love having somewhere positive and uplifting to go where beautiful, intelligent women support and celebrate each other. The world and women need more of this.
