Yoga for Trauma Recovery
After becoming certified in teaching yoga, I went on to receive further training in Mindful Resilience for Trauma Survivors, by the Veterans Yoga Project. I work individually with people suffering from anxiety and the effects of post traumatic stress disorder. I help clients overcome their symptoms using using five specific tools: yoga, meditation, breathing, guided rest, and gratitude. Each class helps the client heal their nervous system over time.
