There’s something special about doing yoga in nature.
Students come to yoga for different reasons. But, a common reason is to feel more centered and connected to one’s true self. Practicing in nature is especially calming because it can change our rhythm and vibration.
Our bodies vibrate at a specific frequency, which differs depending on our emotional state. The Earth has its own specific frequency – a natural frequency pulsation of 7.83 hertz. When we spend time in nature, our bodies come into resonance with the Earth’s frequency. And yoga facilitates this proccess. As we move through the postures, our mind slows down and comes into a more natural rhythm.
